We ship only to physical addresses in the USA. We do NOT ship to any of the following.
- PO Boxes, APO, DPO or FPO addresses
- USPS Mail Box, FedEx Mail Box, any other type of public Mail Box
- Overseas other than USA
- International courier or transportation/shipping centers in USA including —e.g.,
ECB ship via FedEx delivery, which requires the recipient's signature upon receipt to avoid any loss of the product.
Shipping Fee for USA (48 States):
At Eyecatching-Beauty, we offer Free FedEx for orders over $50 (excluding taxes) in U.S. all 48 states, or discounted rate of $4.95 for orders less than $50.

Note: Delivery times are basic on Fedex estimated, there is not 100% guaranteed to arrive within the estimated time frame.
Please check on your order status to track on the most updated time frame.
Note: FedEx will make three attempts to deliver your package. After the final attempt, FedEx will call the customer
and inform them of their delivery to be pick up at their near stations.
Note: There will be an additional $15 fee apply to your account if you request the mailing address change during the shipment processing

Credit card funds authorized for the purchase will be captured only when your order ships from our warehouse. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from the time they are received.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking number so you can track your package. A shipment notification, including tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.
ECB is not liable for any loss caused by the customer providing inaccurate address or shipping information. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges or loss incurred by ECB in the process of re-routing or making an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. ECB will make every attempt to contact the customer in advance to avoid additional shipping charges if possible. Please be sure to receive and sign for the package to avoid any loss of products. If delivery is attempted and the driver is unable to deliver the package, the shipping company will return the package to ECB. Any charges incurred by ECB due to unsuccessful delivery, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges incurred by ECB due to refused shipment or refused delivery will be the customer's responsibility.
Shipment Bounce Back and Re-Shipments
ECB will inform the customer of any situation involving re-delivery of an order to ECB. If the customer no longer wants the order, then the customer will be charged for the total shipping cost incurred as a result of the unsuccessful delivery and a 10% restocking fee. Then the customer will receive a refund minus the shipping cost incurred and the 10% restocking fee. If the Customer does not respond or contact ECB within 20 business days from the first notification of the Shipment Bounce Back, ECB will issue a refund minus the shipping cost incurred and the 10% restocking fee.
If any unsuccessful delivery or shipment bounce back is due solely to an error caused by ECB, then ECB will be responsible for any additionally incurred shipping charges.
Eye Catching Beauty Warranty
We warrant that each ECB product will be free of defects and function as intended for period of one year from the date of purchase. We will replace, free of charge, any product that fails due to any manufacturing or design flaw within one year from the date of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 15 days of purchase, and we are happy to assist you for your return.
ECB accepts returns or refunds only after issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization. To receive a return and/or refund, please adhere to the following procedure:
- Contact Customer Service with your purchase details and the reason for your return/refund to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

- Receive a free pre-paid return shipping account number if you are returning an item(s).
- Be sure to include all products being returned (including all gifts or free merchandise provided with purchase).
- Be sure to include all ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- Write your Return Authorization (RMA) Number on the outside of the shipping box. (NOT ON THE ITEM PACKAGE) If the returned item(s) does not meet the Return Policy criteria (RMA # unused, and in new condition with all of the original packaging and accessories), then no refund will be given and the customer will be given the option to have the returning item(s) shipped back to him / her at their own expense.
To ensure we receive your package, be sure to keep a copy of the return tracking number for your records.
Return Shipping Cost
If a return is due to any fault of the customer, such as the customer ordered an incorrect item(s), or the customer entered the delivery address incorrectly, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is due to any error or fault of ECB, such as we shipped the incorrect item(s) or the item(s) was damaged upon arrival, ECB shall be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Before use, please read the instruction manual carefully and use the product correctly. Any person with any of the following conditions should not use any ECB products as injury or irritation may occur.
- Persons prone to allergies
- Persons with any skin disease or atopic dermatitis or with sensitive skin
- Women who are or may be pregnant or who are menstruating
- Persons with any hemorrhagic disease, hemophilla, or any other blood abnormality
- Persons who form bruises or purple spots easily
- Persons who cannot declare their own intentions, who are paralyzed, or who have any perceptual disorder
- Persons with high blood pressure
- Persons with any bone disorder
ECB will bear no responsibilities for any damage caused under abnormal conditions, such as fire, earthquakes, riots, terror, and intentional or negligent misuse by customers.
